Once the booking is confirmed, the spaces are actually reserved for the agreed period. DriveDrop coordinates directly with the facilities involved to ensure availability before the vehicles arrive, avoiding overbooking situations or operational uncertainty.

For large volumes, DriveDrop analyses the request based on city, timescales and the event's or company's logistics. Where possible, we identify a single location with adequate capacity. If a single facility is not available, we plan the distribution of vehicles across multiple strategically selected car parks, directly coordinating the split to ensure operational continuity and ease of management. The company will always have a single point of contact and centralised administrative management, regardless of the number of locations involved.

Billing is centralised and managed directly by DriveDrop. Even if vehicles are distributed across multiple car parks or cities, the company will receive a single summary invoice, with details of the locations and periods of use.

Yes. On request, we can support the organisation of dedicated shuttle services for events, company fleets or large gatherings, coordinating parking and transfers in an integrated way.
